Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India, including metro cities, tier-2 & tier-3 towns.
Based in Hyderabad? You may be eligible for same-day delivery and installation. Contact us for priority service.

Packaging
All products are securely packed in tamper-proof, shock-absorbent boxes with QR-coded installation guidance and warranty details.
Installation & Setup
- Hyderabad Customers: Eligible for in-person installation within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Other Cities: We provide video call support and detailed installation videos/manuals. In-person visits are available at additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:
- A tracking link by email/SMS
- Real-time updates via WhatsApp (if opted in)
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship outside India. If you’re located in remote or restricted areas, delivery may take longer or be unavailable. We will notify you in such cases.
