At One Switch, we stand by the quality of our products and services. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is damageddefective, or not functioning as described
  • You received the wrong product/model
  • The return request is made within 2 days of delivery

⚠️ Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging (with manuals, warranty card, and accessories).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items installed and used
  • Products damaged due to misuse, electrical surge, or unauthorized modification
  • Custom-built or special-order kits
  • Orders made under promotional offers (unless defective)

💸 Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be:

  • Credited to your original payment method
  • Processed within 7–10 business days after return pickup and inspection

Refunds will not include installation or shipping charges, unless the return was due to our error.


🔁 Replacement Policy

For eligible items:

  • We will offer a free replacement or exchange
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Typically processed within 5–7 business days

🚚 Return Pickup

We will arrange reverse pickup in most pin codes.
If not serviceable, we may ask you to ship it back and reimburse standard courier charges.


🛠 Warranty Issues

If you’re facing any issue after the return window:

  • You’re covered by our 2-Year Warranty
  • We’ll repair or replace faulty parts as per warranty terms
