At One Switch, we stand by the quality of our products and services. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described
- You received the wrong product/model
- The return request is made within 2 days of delivery
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging (with manuals, warranty card, and accessories).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items installed and used
- Products damaged due to misuse, electrical surge, or unauthorized modification
- Custom-built or special-order kits
- Orders made under promotional offers (unless defective)
Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be:
- Credited to your original payment method
- Processed within 7–10 business days after return pickup and inspection
Refunds will not include installation or shipping charges, unless the return was due to our error.
Replacement Policy
For eligible items:
- We will offer a free replacement or exchange
- Subject to stock availability
- Typically processed within 5–7 business days
Return Pickup
We will arrange reverse pickup in most pin codes.
If not serviceable, we may ask you to ship it back and reimburse standard courier charges.
Warranty Issues
If you’re facing any issue after the return window:
- You’re covered by our 2-Year Warranty
- We’ll repair or replace faulty parts as per warranty terms
